PMP Exam Prep Tools
๐Ÿ† Built by a first-time passer โ€” Above Target in all 3 domains

The PMP exam is $425โ€“$675.
You only want to pay that once.

Three tools built on the exact system used to pass the PMP on the first attempt โ€” scoring Above Target in all three domains. No extra course. No monthly subscription. Just what's actually missing.

You get 3 attempts. After that, you start over.

PMI gives you 3 exam attempts within a 1-year eligibility window. Fail all three and you reapply, repay the full fee, and restart the clock. A $425โ€“$675 exam is not something you want to repeat.

"I built the study tracker, the tiebreaker framework, and the application framer for myself โ€” then used them to pass with Above Target in all three domains on my first attempt. Everything in these tools is what actually worked, not what a textbook says should work."

Who This Is For

You don't need a PM title
to qualify for the PMP.

If you've led projects, managed people, handled a budget, or delivered something with a deadline โ€” you probably qualify. The hard part is knowing how to say it in PMI language.

๐Ÿซ Teachers & School Administrators
"I ran a curriculum rollout across 4 schools. I didn't know that counted until I saw what it looked like in PMI language."
๐Ÿฅ Healthcare & Clinical Ops
"I led our unit's EHR implementation. I managed 20 nurses through a system change. Turns out that's a project."
๐Ÿ—๏ธ Construction & Facilities
"I've managed builds and renovations for years. Just never had someone help me frame it for a PM certification."
๐Ÿ›๏ธ Government & Nonprofit
"Federal program coordinator, 10 years. Never thought my work counted. The framer proved otherwise."
๐Ÿ’ผ Traditional PMs
"I knew my experience counted. I just didn't want to spend 3 hours writing five project descriptions in PMI-speak."
๐Ÿ’ป IT & Tech Leads
"I've shipped software for 6 years. The application framer turned my sprint logs into a PMI narrative in 10 minutes."
How It Works

Three steps from today
to application submitted.

1
Describe your project in plain language
No PM jargon required. Just tell us what you did, who was involved, what went wrong, and how it ended. Takes about 10โ€“15 minutes per project. Most candidates need 3โ€“5 entries.
2
Get your PMI-formatted entry instantly
We translate everything โ€” your RACI, your risk register, your communication plan โ€” from what you actually did, even if you never called it that. 450โ€“500 words, field-by-field, paste-ready.
3
Study smart with a plan built for Study Hall
Once approved, your interactive study plan tells you exactly which PMI Study Hall category to filter each day, how many questions to do, and when to use each mini exam and full-length simulation.

Real output. Real quality.
Before you spend a dollar.

These are actual outputs generated by the tools โ€” not mockups. A high school science teacher's application entry and a day from the 30-day study plan.

What the candidate told us (plain language)

"I'm a high school science teacher. Last year I ran a STEM lab curriculum rollout across 4 schools and 12 classrooms. I was chosen by the superintendent. I had a budget for materials, coordinated with a curriculum vendor, trained 12 teachers, and reported back to the superintendent monthly. Our equipment arrived 3 weeks late so I found a backup supplier. All 12 classrooms went live by semester start and student scores were up 22%."

Appointed by the district superintendent as the implementation lead for a ten-month, district-wide STEM Laboratory Curriculum Initiative, I directed the full project lifecycle across four schools and twelve classrooms serving a cross-functional team of twelve science teachers, four school principals, and two external vendors. The project objective was to deploy a standardized STEM laboratory curriculum, procure and install supporting equipment, deliver role-based training to all instructional staff, and establish measurable student performance benchmarks prior to the fall semester start date.

During the initiating phase, I established the project scope in collaboration with the district superintendent, documented success criteria, and secured executive sponsorship commitment. I developed the stakeholder register and authored the communication plan governing weekly teacher briefings and monthly executive status reports...
